2. Eligibility

3. Products & Orders

All products are sold for personal use only and not for resale.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraud.

While we strive for accuracy in descriptions, images, and pricing, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free.

Product appearance, packaging, labels, and formulations may change from time to time without prior notice while maintaining applicable regulatory compliance.

4. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

At Trooper Nutrition, every product is produced and shipped under strict quality and safety standards.

Because our supplements are consumable goods, we cannot accept returns or resell any product once it has left our fulfillment facility, even if unopened.

This ensures every item you receive is new, untampered, and safe for use.

All Sales Final: All sales are final once shipped. No returns or exchanges are accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report it within 14 days of delivery to support@troopernutrition.com.

Include your order number, a brief description, and photos of the product and packaging.

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund to the original payment method.

Unauthorized Returns: Any product sent back without prior approval will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to suspend, modify, cancel, or refund to the original payment method any order or subscription at our discretion, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, abuse of service, or operational limitations.

5. Payment & Security

We accept major credit cards. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, text, graphics, logos, product names, trademarks, images, and branding are the property of Trooper Nutrition or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use this site or our products for:

Fraudulent transactions or chargebacks;

11. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal & Recurring Billing

Some Trooper Nutrition products are available as subscription purchases. By selecting a subscription at checkout, you agree to the following:

Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew and your payment method will be charged every 30 days until canceled.

Recurring Billing Authorization

You authorize Trooper Nutrition to automatically charge your saved payment method every 30 days for each renewal cycle unless canceled in accordance with these terms. The price and renewal schedule will be clearly disclosed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellations can be submitted through your customer account portal or by contacting us at support@troopernutrition.com. Once a renewal order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds on Renewals

Subscription renewal charges are non-refundable once processed. Cancellation applies to future renewals only.

Changes to Subscription Terms or Pricing

If subscription pricing or terms change, we will notify you in advance. Continued subscription after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Health and supplement use:

Customers should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any dietary supplement, especially if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition, or are under medical supervision.

By purchasing products from Trooper Nutrition, you acknowledge that you are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for your individual circumstances.
