Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report it within 14 days of delivery to support@troopernutrition.com.

Include your order number, a brief description, and photos of the product and packaging.

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund to the original payment method.

Unauthorized Returns

Any product sent back without prior approval will not be refunded.
