Shipping policy

At Trooper Nutrition, we aim to deliver every order with precision and speed from our fulfillment center in Florida.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing times may be slightly longer during new product launches, major sales events, or holidays.
2. Shipping Method & Delivery Time
All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.
Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after processing, depending on your location.
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
We do not currently ship internationally.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We ship only to addresses within the 50 U.S. states.
We do not ship to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands) or to international destinations.
P.O. boxes are accepted.
At our discretion, orders over $200 may require signature confirmation at delivery.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has shipped, Trooper Nutrition is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact USPS directly to open a claim.
We will make every effort to assist you but cannot guarantee reimbursement for lost or stolen packages.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@troopernutrition.com within 14 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
7. Returns & Refunds
For safety reasons, Trooper Nutrition does not restock or resell returned supplements.
We do not accept returns of opened products.
If you are unsatisfied with an unopened product, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@troopernutrition.com. In most cases, we may instruct you to safely dispose of the product and will issue a refund or replacement without requiring a physical return.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing by your bank or card issuer.
8. Policy Updates
This Shipping & Returns Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will apply to all new orders placed after the effective date listed above.
